The Grower Apprentice role is a paid 90-day program designed to get you prepared to manage your own GreenBox book of Members.

We’re looking for energetic people with good attitudes, a healthy work ethic, and a love of the outdoors. Flexible work hours, great pay, and even better people and members. Get paid to make the world greener and more beautiful, and make people happy all at the same time!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Follow written and verbal instructions from the Grower Manager.

• Plant new flowers, trees, grasses, hedges, and bushes.

• Perform common maintenance tasks like hand-pruning, raking, weeding, and watering.

• Build and renovate rain gardens, stone pathways, patios, and ledges.

• Load and unload equipment and tools into work vehicles.

• Drive work vehicles to and from sites.

• Adhere to all safety precautions.

MUST-HAVES

• Horticulture degree, PDC certification, or 1-2 years of experience designing, building, and maintaining sustainable landscapes.

• Reliable vehicle.

• Working mobile phone.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly.

• People-oriented attitude.
